CHRIS KLUG SCHEDULE
Chris had a strong finish to the 2008 competition season and is primed for a great winter ahead. He has been training hard this summer and is feeling fast. Chris will be back racing on some of his favorite slopes this winter in Solden, Austria, Copper Mountain, Colorado, Limone, Piemonte, Italy, and Stoneham, Quebec. He’s looking forward to racing on some new slopes as well in places like Sudenfeld, Germany and Cypress, Canada. An old favorite, Sunday River, Maine, where Chris won the 2001 US Nationals PGS will host the 2009 FIS World Cup in the USA. One of the steepest hills on the tour in La Molina, Spain is back on the calendar in early March. Chris will race on the 2010 Olympic Games PGS Course for the test event at Cypress Mountain outside Vancouver, Canada in February. The biggest event of the winter will be the FIS World Snowboarding Championships held in the province of Gangwon, Korea at Sungwoo Resort. The FIS World Cup Snowboard Finals will return to Valmalenco, Italy in mid March. It’s going to be a fun competition season ahead. This years FIS World Cup schedule travels to the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Korea, Spain, and Germany. Chris will be representing his sport and his country proudly and waving the banner of organ donation awareness in all that he does. Thanks for your support! Stay tuned for some fast racing action this winter!
