Training in Summit County

It’s warm and sunny in Summit County, feels more like mountain bike weather than winter. I’ve been training hard with my US Snowboarding Teammates the past week in Summit County. There’s not a ton of snow here, but it has been cold at night and the snow guns are firing. It’s actually perfect for training, hard and grippy. Supposedly snow is on the way tomorrow. I’m crossing my fingers and doing my snow dance. It has been a fun camp so far. I feel like I’m riding fast and fine tuning a few things. I’m looking forward to racing next Thursday and Friday in the NorAm Continental Cup races at Copper Mtn.
I was in Moab last weekend for one last getaway on my bike before winter. It was seventy degrees every day. We had so much fun. I attached a few images from our trip. I’ll be in Aspen after camp for Thanksgiving, getting ready for our 2nd Annual Aspen Summit for Life 2007. We just added a free Friday night S4L kick-off concert at Club Chelsea featuring Boulder based ‘Uproot.’ Hope to see you there. Visitwww.summitforlife.org for more info. I’ll keep ya posted from Copper Mtn.
