Park City Grand Prix

It wasn’t my day today! I’m riding fast, but chose the wrong board to get me to the podium today on one of my favorite hills, a hill I’ve had great runs on and great memories on! Urs Eiselin from Switzerland was the Men’s winner with Siegfried Grabner placing second and Gilles Jacquet third. It was a world class caliber field today both on the men’s and women’s sides, only a few riders missing from the World Cup top seed for the men’s race. Me and my US teammates had a rough first round, and finished 5th, 8th, 10th, and 12th. I was hoping to do better after my great race in Telluride. I attribute it to bad decision making with regards to my equipment. We’ll get it done in Quebec. I’m headed there tomorrow morning for the last World Cup Race of 2003. Looking forward to a strong finish! Thanks for your support! Talk to ya from Quebec. Happy Holidays ahead!CK
