Gearing up for Copper Camp!

I’m at home in Aspen preparing for our on-snow US Team Camp starting Sunday. I’ve been fine-tuning my gear and my training the past weeks in anticipation of our next camp. I’m fired up to get back on-snow and in the race course. I’m planning to head over to Copper tomorrow for some freeriding before the busy weekend.I was in Denver yesterday with DHL promoting the Olympic Spirit Award. I visited Cory Elementary School in Denver yesterday morning and shared with the 4th and 5th Grade classes what Olympic spirit means to me. It was lot of fun. DHL is sponsoring a contest that provides 8 – 12 year olds on opportunity to create an Olympic Spirit Card that will be displayed at Team USA House in Torino to welcome and support the US Athletes. Four lucky winners will have the chance to visit all the athletes next spring in D.C. Get the inf at www.dhl-usa.com/olympicspirit. I’m stoked to team up with DHL in representing this cool program and sharing Olympic Spirit with kids.Last week I was in NYC for some media and a USSA fundraiser where the Doobie Brothers performed. They still sound good. I was impressed. I’m off to camp this weekend! We’ve got two races on Nov. 21st and 22nd at Copper. I’m anxious to get going and train hard next week. I’ll keep ya posted from camp. Check out our new CKF foundation website,www.chrisklug.org. I’m really poud of it. Our goal is, through our grassroots program Donor Dudes, to establsh a local high school and college campus chapter at every school across the country. Learn how to become a dude! Thanks for stoppin’ by. Best wishes!CKDoobie Bros last week in NYC, Nov. 2005
