Freezing in Moscow!

I’m finding it impossible to communicate in Russia.. It’s such a foreign land here. It’s a challenge even to say hello or thank you? It feels like a mix between Finland and Japan, but even wackier? It’s absolutely freezing too, definitely full-time puffy jacket weather. The gals are taller than me and all look like Anna Kournikova. I’m considering bringing a few home to Aspen, not sure how it will go over with Missy? We visited Red Square yesterday. Unbelievable! I would have enjoyed spending a few days touring there, but unfortunately it was a quick visit. The ski resort is funny, we’re out in the sticks. There’s no shortage of snow here! The race hill is maybe three-hundred vertical feet, and that’s optimistic, but the snow is epic and it’s just long enough for a slalom, probably only twenty gates. Lufthansa lost my snowboards the past two days. I was stressing. Finally they showed up in Moscow late last night and I was able to train on ‘em this morning. I’m ready to rip. It should be a fun race tomorrow. I’m pumped to resume the circuit and be back in the starting gate. Fast racing ahead! Qualification is tomorrow afternoon, finals tomorrow night under the lights. We travel to St. Petersburg on Thursday and race another World Cup Friday. I’ll keep ya posted. Enjoy the pics from Red Square yesterday. Talk to ya soon.CKVic, Zac, CK & Adam stylin’ in Red Square
