Back Home in Aspen

Missy and I enjoyed a fun road trip home to Aspen, Colorado from Oregon, taking a scenic route across Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. We stopped at a few of our favorite hot springs camping spots and visited my bro and his wife in Bozeman for a few days of mountain biking and fly-fishing. We logged a few hours in the car, but it was an awesome trip and worth it. I’m back home in Aspen this week getting organized and ready to head off to Europe on Sunday to race and train the next three weeks. Our World Cup Opener is Oct. 7th in Landgraaf, Netherlands, followed by the first PGS Race of the season, and the first US Team Olympic Qualifier Oct. 15th in Soelden, Austria. I’m riding faster then ever after a great camp in Chile. It was the best camp of my career in August in Chile. I love my new boards and am stoked on my riding and fitness. I’ve done my homework this summer and I’m ready to rip. I want to go over to Europe and rule it.I have to apologize for the lack of updates the past weeks. I suffered a serious set-back when my hard drive on my computer failed in Chile. Fortunately I had all my photos and data backed up, but it took me a while to get up and running again. I promise you’ll hear lots from me in the weeks ahead. Thanks for checking in. We’re in the process of updating the site, so stay tuned for a new look. I’m also working hard on finalizing the new Chris Klug Foundation site that we hope to launch in the weeks ahead. I picked out a few of my favorite training and travel shots from the past weeks! Enjoy! Talk to ya soon,CKCK jumping the silos on the Columbia
